DAY 1: Chiang Mai - Pai
Depart
Chiang Mai and travel with Mini Van via the Mountain
Road to Pai town. The Afternoon will be left up to you
to explore the beautiful Pai town and the surrounding
area. Together we will enjoy the evening with a sunset
dinner.

DAY 2: White Water Rafting
Up early
to get to the Pai river by 4 WD and to start safety
instruction for the rafting trip. After a short steady
cruise along the river we will hit some class 3-4 Rapids
and stop at a few waterfalls until we reach our
overnight camp in the wildlife sanctuary. Traditional
Thai dinner at the Campfire.
Note: All
personal Luggage will be safely transported to your
Hotel in Maehongson.

DAY 3: Maehongson
After
breakfast we get back into the boats to raft another 4-5
hours towards Maehongson. After passing a few class 4
Rapids, Waterfalls and the stunning wildlife scenery we
get our feed to dry ground at the National Park
Headquarters in Maehongson, then after a short drive and
a 1 hour walk through pristine jungle we arrive at our
permanent jungle camp (Greenwood Garden). From here we
will take the afternoon to explorer the surrounding
nature and get a chance to dip into the refreshing water
of a close by waterfall. Dinner with authentic campfire
and lot's of bush stories.

DAY 4: Hill Tribes
After a
filling breakfast with coffee and tea we gear up take a
stunning walk up the mountains into the remote
wilderness of Maehongson's monsoon and teak wood forest
and visit one of the remote Hill Tribe villages in the
mountains with the opportunities to purchase arts and
crafts directly from the villagers. At the end of the
track you will have a chance to visit the famous Long
Neck Tribe Village. Afterwards we travel to Maehongson
town for a refreshing shower at the Hotel, big evening
dinner and a comfortable night.

RESERVATION DETAILS
A deposit of 20% non-refundable fee of the total cost of
the trip is required per person per tour at the time of
booking to confirm. It can only be refunded if the
Company cannot accommodate the participant.
The balance of the tour cost is payable not later than
14 days prior to departure.
For reservations made within 30 days to departure, full
payment should be made.

DAY 5: Return to Chiang Mai
After
Breakfast you can enjoy the large varieties of local
goods and crafts offered at the morning market and take
a relaxing walk through the beautiful streets of
Maehongson. Visit the famous temples or the lake in the
middle of the town. After a goodbye from our guides
around midday, Thai Airways will bring you safely back
by plane to Chiang Mai City.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Accommodation in Pai and Maehongson can
vary do to seasons and availabilities. All
Accommodations will be in middle class, comfortable and
clean Lodges or Hotels with private bathroom and shower.
If you have any special request
concerning you overnight stays we will try to match your
preferred type of accommodation.
The Pai river camp ground is made of
simple bamboos structures. You will be spending the
night in supplied sleeping bags and mosquito nets.
Greenwood Garden Adventure Camp has
traditional style bamboo huts as sleeping facilities on
6 person share basis in bunk beds. Please note that the
camp area is very remote and has no electricity.
Although outside bush showers, running water and toilets
are available. Sleeping gear, flashlight, mosquito net
and stretcher bed will be provided.
