Outdoor Explorer was set up by Sasha Kraft in 2003. After going through his Outdoor Education in Europe he wanted to set a different in Thailand’s outdoor business by making Eco friendly tour programs that involves a save adventure and evolving the customer in the daily jungle routines like cooking and fire lightning. While operating in different countries of the world as a Jungle guide and Expedition Leader he spends more than 3 years traveling through Thailand trying to find the best places to run our today well recommended Jungle Adventures.

Outdoor Explorer Company Limited is run by a team of experienced professionals and guides. We are doing our best not to only protect the natural environment but also to support the local adventure and trekking companies with advice and support.
To every Tour program we have an experienced tour leader assigned. He will make sure that you have someone that fully understands your language and in a case of an emergency know to properly handle the situation.
There will also be at least one certified local guide with you on tour at all times. They can give you a lot of knowledge about the local environment and people.

The aim of the Outdoor Explorer Tours is to make your Adventure as save and nature friendly as possible without loosing the personal touch to each group we go on a journey with. We have one of the highest safety standards in Asia and always working hard on improving our system.

Our instructors and employees are specialists in their sector with many years experience. Local and Foreign guides have all necessary licenses and insurances, which are appropriate for the respective countries. All Instructor and Tour leaders have been trained up to International safety standards.

	Sasha Kraft, Managing Director & Chief Instructor 2 years after leaving the Army he started his outdoor instructor course in Europe, specializing in jungle expeditions and survival. In 2003 he founded Outdoor Explorer in Germany and just one year later moved to Thailand where where he organized Jungle Expeditions and adventure tours for many years.. He has undertaken many solo and team expeditions in places like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia and many parts of Europe. Together with Treckforce UK he worked on Rainforest conservation programs in Borneo and surveyed many remote jungle areas in south-east Asia. He pays very much attention to the details of his adventure trips and takes personal pride in making sure the adventure trips will stay in good memory of every participant.
	MR. PI YUTH NOITOO , Adventure Lodge Manager & Tour Guide After graduating from Payap University in Chaing Mai his ambition for nature pushed him to changed his life. He started to work as a tour guide in both Chiang Mai and Maehongson Provinces. Not long after that he opened his own tour company (Discover Maehongson). It was during his time as a guide that he bought a patch of remote land which he over many years turned into what is now stunning destination for adventure traveler from around the world. He loves wildlife and try's to protect and study it when ever he can. Now he is the manager of our Green Wood Garden Adventure Lodge and still works as guide for Outdoor Explorer.
	Anongnat Phromlow (Jenny), Assistant Manager Newest member of the Outdoor Explorer Team is currently in training and takes care of office work and public relations.
	Mem Supanee, Field Base Assistant & Trekking Guide After managing Maehongson Adventure Rafting for many years she started with Outdoor Explorer in 2006 as assistant manager and operated the office in Pai. Now she is walking the tracks on her own after getting a guide license and deciding to be in the field more then in the boring office. But we are happy to see she is still organizing most of our accommodations and transfers in the Maehongson Province and keeps our clients a good company during various trips.
